These natural enemies crop up at the same moment when pests become a problem. During summer, you will see many large insects feeding on potential pests of plants. Instead of spraying, farmers can try biological control. Biological control is much gentler to the environment. If you can incorporate this as a viable pest control system in your garden, you are doing your share for the environment. Sometimes, it takes too little effort to encourage natural enemies to feed on pests. You can manipulate the time of the year when you harvest your crops. The blooming and fruiting stages of the crops are the most susceptible to pest and disease damage.
What you need to do is make sure the blooming season can coincide with the time when most natural enemies are abundant in the field. This is one of the best ways to control pests naturally.
