Natural Remedies for the Flu?
I have the flu, and although I’m taking tamiflu, ibuprofen, drinking lots of fluids and getting rest, I was wondering if anyone knew of a natural remedy.
lots of fluids and resting ARE natural remedies…..nothing wrong with chicken soup either…. but there is no cure, so if what you are looking for is a cure….no dice.
