honey+bee+harvesting
can a poor marathi farmer earn From honey bees harvesting ?

Do you meen from harvesting honey ? you can but you would need to invest in bee boxes and other equipment and to look at a reasonable profit you would need upwards of 20 boxes. If i was you i would get a book its called ABC and XYZ of bee culture. it has alot of info that is just to much to type here i think that book will help you alot in your decision, also yahoo Bushy mountain bee farm. on average to start 10 hives can cost upwards of 3000 maybe less if ya get some older bee equipment from another beekeeper in the area.
Now if you want to start with one hive to get a feel for it it may not be a bad idea but before you do that i would try to hook up with a local beekeeper in your area and learn from him, that is the best way
