I love this post! It's the simple habits that will make the day so much better.

I actually wrote a post (http://www.saladsticks.com/2009/07/water-is-life-changing.html) on my blog Salad Sticks that explains the benefits of water, and I can't agree with you more. Water is a much better choice than most other drinks, keeping you energized and even lowering your chances of heart attacks. Water can even reduce chances of cancer, including every woman's fear: Breast cancer.

I definitely recommend readers to read "The Importance of a Good Night's Sleep" article on this website. There's some valuable information there as to why sleep is important and how to sleep at night.
